Shipping/Delivery
All items are packaged by myself and dispatched within 1-2 days of placing your order via Royal Mail. Parcelforce is occasionally used in order to ship larger items. All orders are sent with a tracking number with the option of 1st or 2nd class delivery at checkout.
I keep proof of postage for all orders that I dispatch.
In the case of an order not arriving/getting lost in the post, please get in touch with me so that I can contact Royal Mail.
I ship to the UK and worldwide. Postage cost is dependent on the item you are purchasing. A brief breakdown of my shipping for different areas can be seen below:
Returns
Every order is handled with extreme care and I package all items myself. My aim is to deliver a professional service and for you to be completely happy with your purchases. All sales are final except in rare situations where an item may arrive damaged. If this is ever the case, I will request that the damaged item is sent back to me within 14 days of purchase, with a photo of proof of postage. Once I have received the damaged item, I will then either refund the item to the debit/credit card used to make the purchase, or send you an exchange, as-well as reimbursing the postage for the damaged item.
Please take the time to read my product descriptions carefully. I do my best to ensure that images of products on this website are as accurate as possible and that they represent the colours in my work as well as possible. If you are concerned about variations in colour, please check on a number of different screens.

Lydia Bailey Artwork retains the right to make reproductions of any artwork created unless the customer has purchased the full rights to the artwork (aswell as purchasing the original piece).

The collector or buyer may not reproduce the artwork in any way without prior permission from the artist.

The collector has the right to display the artwork in their home or business. Artwork may not be resold or reproduced for profit in any way without the artist's written permission.
Privacy
Any information you provide me with is held in complete confidence unless you give me permission to share it. I will not sell or rent your information to third parties for marketing or any other purposes.
